Immigration Illustrated
I have watched many internet/email videos over the years. I don't think I've seen one that was as impressive as this. This really does call one to action. This is perhaps the best use of props in a presentation ever! I'm interested in your comments.
(You might start the video, then pause for a few minutes to give it a chance to buffer.)

What incredible crap. This guy uses real numbers to support his case, rather than numbers adjusted for growth in population, labor force, and overall impact of immigration relative to overall population. TWICE the number of schools, roads, etc. build since 1970? Bull. We have fewer school-age children in the U.S. today than we did in 1960.
This clown ever hear of the baby boom? How about the Cold War maybe? Gosh, 70 million women have entered the workforce since 1960, think maybe that might have had an impact on job market?
Granted, I pay a bit more attention to demographics than the average person does, but, even my Ralph Brown Econ 101 text could poke holes in this crap.
Pure, reactionary propoganda, disguised as scholarship.
Face it, if the guy had a Bud in his hand and baggy shorts, we'd all be lining up to blow him.
I have no problem with somebody saying any particular policy has issues. What I can't stand is this growing use of revisionist history to "prove" theories. It's almost reached Orwellian proportions.
Kirbo, on behalf of the Goat and I, we apologize. From now on, we both agree to use single-syllable words and short sentences to make our posts more Kirbo-friendly.
