Hole of the Week #45 - The Preserve #1
This is a great starting hole. The elevated tee gives a scenic vista of about four or five of The Preserve's holes. Another relatively easy hole if you manage the course - not the Cahoonas long suit. There are more than a couple of Cahoona golf balls in the woods on the right. If Kirby ever went in, we'd likely not see him for a week.

Sometimes the Course book doesn't do the hole justice and this is one of those times. For instance, the picture doesn't nearly show the topographical changes on this hole and how severe the slope is up to the hole itself. Despite the fact that this hole, one of the hardest on the course, is attacked with virtually no preparation, warm up or ball hitting (golf) prior to. Great hole, the second shot seriously separates the men from the pool boyz... The green is a bitch also.
