Hole of the Week #46 - The Deacon's Lodge #6
This uphill, blind shot has been the source of much fun. One never really knows how close until you get there but that's part of the fun. Don't be long or you're in the "chipping bowl". Don't be short or you're in "billy goat" country. The hole looks easier on paper than it does from the tee box.

This is one easy ass hole that eats us all up like ebola. I'm just inclined now to always hit it long and hope for the best. Getting cute on this hole gets you no where. Still can smell a building that I was in this week and it was distinctively, no EXACTLY like the smell of the Deacons Lodge. When I saw golfers through the window of this building, I about hit the floor. 27 days baby!!!!!
